T-Bone Steak: $28.00 per package
The T-Bone is cut from the short loin subprimal from the portion of the larger loin. The bone essentially connects the strip steak on the longer side and the filet on the short side. Its tenderness and marbling is second to none. 
Each steak will be 18-22 oz.
