Custom bulk beef gives you the option to grind part or all of the Round Steak and Roast cuts. The amount you select to grind will result in additional pounds of ground beef to your order. (Pre-Made Patties can be made for your order if specified.)

Your Custom One Quarter Beef will include the following processed and packaged items:

T-Bones (18-22 oz each): 5 lbs
Ribeyes (18-22 oz each): 10 lbs
Sirloins  (8-12 oz each): 10 lbs
 Round Steak (1 lb/pkg) : 0- 10 lbs
Roasts (3-4 Ibs/roast): 0- 20 lbs
Ground Beef (1 Ib/pkg): 45 Ibs. PLUS any additional you choose to grind.
