Ribeye Steak

New York Strip Steak

This cut is located in the loin. The New York Strip is very lean and flavorful with distinct marbling.

T-Bone Steak

The T-Bone is cut from the short loin subprimal from the portion of the larger loin. The bone essentially connects the strip steak on the longer side and the filet on the short side. Its tenderness and marbling is second to none.

Filet Steak

Each filet is cut from the tenderloin in the short loin of the animal. This cut is regarded as a very high end cut, as tender as you will find from any portion beef.

Sirloin Steak
